Adja Bistan Aced Her IELTS Academic Test

 



Meet Adja from Slovenia. After our tutoring sessions and her IELTS test, she filled my feedback questionnaire and these are responses below:

Question 1: What did you like the most about our classes?

I like your great energy and support which you gave me during our lessons. The second thing here is your helpfulness. You are here whenever the students need you.

Question 2: Can you give an example of a topic, activity or lesson that you thoroughly enjoyed or gained from the most?

I would say that I liked lessons where we trained my writing skills, because I was able to see my improvement.

Question 3: After our lessons, did you observe any improvement(s) in your IELTS test performance? How do you know this? 

To be 100% honest, I would never pass the test without you.

Question 4: Which are the areas that you think that I should improve on and why?

There is no deficiency.

Question 5: Do you think that the number of hours we spent together in the sessions were too much, too little or just right (please select one)

There are never enough sessions with you, from every lesson I get new knowledge. (But for my IELTS test there were just enough sessions.)

Question 6: Do you think that you received sufficient practice and feedback? Why?

Always! Because you took enough time to talk with me about my mistakes and how to improve any of these.

Question 7: Please would you prefer more of lessons, practice or feedback (please select the one with the highest priority for you)

For me you are the best tutor so far, but if I need to pick one of the options above I will pick more lessons.

Question 8: Do you think that the price for the lessons was too high, too low or just right? (please select one) What is your ideal price for a one-to-one session or small group course?

The price is just perfect! 
I would rather say that price is too low than too high if I compare with my previous tutor, where I paid 65 euro per 90 minutes which is 52,84$ per 1 hour, which means that your hours are five times cheaper.


Question 9: Which skill do you think that I taught the best? Writing, Speaking, Reading or Listening?

Writing for sure. At the start I hated writing, but a couple of days before I took my IELTS exam my favourite part was writing and it is still.

Question 10: Would you recommend me to a friend? Why or why not?

YES, YES AND YES ONCE AGAIN! Because you are always honest and really really helpful, you know how to improve the parts where the student is the weakest.

Question 12: Where would you rate me as an IELTS teacher on a scale of 1 to 5 where 1 - poor, 2 - fair, 3 - good, 4 - very good, 5 - excellent (please pick one). Why?
