I think that you should encourage students to increase their practice sessions to enable them improve their outcomes.
Question 5: Do you think that the number of hours we spent together in the sessions were too much, too little or just right (please select one).
Just right.
Question 6: Do you think that you received sufficient practice and feedback? Why?
No, because my schedule was too busy, so I could not as many practice sessions as I would have liked. However, the feedback on the assignments that I was able to turn in helped tremendously as my guide during the actual test.
Question 7: Please would you prefer more of lessons, practice or feedback (please select the one with the highest priority for you).
Practice

Just right
Question 9: Which skill do you think that I taught the best? Writing, Speaking, Reading or Listening?
You did great in all the sessions. My best was Speaking though.
Question 10: Would you recommend me to a friend? Why or why not?
YES , because you are not just a tutor, you are a coach and that was what propelled me to put more effort in my practice as you reminded me constantly on the need to succeed in the test.
Question 11: Where would you rate me as an IELTS teacher on a scale of 1 to 5 where 1 - poor, 2 - fair, 3 - good, 4 - very good, 5 - excellent (please pick one). Why?
5 - Excellent. This is because of your
patience and understanding of your student’s ability, being able to persuade
and guide them on what to expect and how to answer the test questions.
